Jarrod noll, 18, is in custody in west Virginia and awaits extradition to Pennsylvania to face charges ‌of homicide ⁢and attempted homicide.His capture concludes a multi-day manhunt following⁤ a shooting that left his mother dead and his father critically injured. Authorities confirm Noll was armed at the time of his‌ apprehension on​ Saturday.

The search for Noll involved a comprehensive effort ⁤by Pennsylvania State‌ Police. It utilized tracking dogs, helicopters, and officers on foot⁣ navigating challenging terrain. Sergeant Richard Sizer of the Pennsylvania State police emphasized the danger‍ posed to the community by a fugitive with a homicide warrant and a firearm.

“Obviously, when you have someone on‍ the run with a homicide ‌warrant, on the run with a gun, it⁤ is ‌a huge danger to the ​community,” Sizer stated. ⁢

The shooting occurred just outside the family home,leaving Noll’s younger siblings present during the ordeal. ⁤Thankfully, the ⁢children, whose ages have not been released, are⁣ now safe in the care of a family‌ member.
