Starting Your Practice: Letting go of Expectations

  1. Forget “winning.” ​Yoga ⁤isn’t ​about competition – with others or even yourself. It’s about showing up and being present.
  2. Listen to your body. ‌Your teacher is a guide, but you are​ the ultimate authority on what feels right.
  3. Regular practice transforms. Consistent yoga ‍will positively impact your life, ‍both on and off the mat.
