The Wolf’s Tailor continues to lead the charge, elevating its status with a coveted two-star designation. This signifies “Offering a seamless dining experience as intriguing as its name, this cozy haven blends together creativity, attention to detail, and charm,” according to the guide. Previously awarded a star in the inaugural edition, this upgrade underscores the restaurant’s consistent commitment to exceptional cuisine.
Bib Gourmand: quality & Value Combined
Cozobi Fonda Fina, located in Boulder, earned a Bib Gourmand, a distinction recognizing restaurants offering high-quality food at a reasonable price.This is fantastic news for diners seeking tasty and affordable options.
New & Recommended Restaurants: Rising Stars
Several restaurants received recommendations for the first time, signaling a vibrant and evolving dining scene. Ukiyo and Wildflower, both in Denver, joined the list, showcasing the city’s innovative spirit.
However,the list isn’t without changes. Wyld in Vail appears to have been removed from the recommended list, and sadly, Fruition and Noissette have closed their doors this year. Q House has also announced its impending closure.
Fulton & Curiel’s Continued Success
Chef Alex Curiel’s influence continues to grow. Margot, his restaurant specializing in shared dishes at 1551 S. Pearl St. in Denver, is gaining recognition. Fulton, also under Curiel’s direction, received high praise for its contemporary multicourse tasting menu.
