finding Your Cozy Position
Lie comfortably on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Allow your arms to rest gently by your sides, palms facing up. Close your eyes softly, if that feels right for you.
Deepening Your Breath
Begin to notice your breath without trying to change it. Feel the natural rise and fall of your chest and abdomen. with each inhale, imagine drawing energy into your body.Exhale slowly, releasing any tension you might potentially be holding.
Releasing Tension in Your Lower Back
now, bring your awareness to your lower back. Notice the points of contact between your spine and the floor. Gently draw your navel inward toward your spine, and than inward toward your gut.
Observe any gripping or holding in your abdominal muscles.Visualize a ball of yarn, slowly pulling the thread and unraveling it. Allow your belly to soften and your lower back to feel more expansive and relaxed.
Releasing Your Hips
Bring your inner attention to the base of your spine. Imagine that same ball of yarn beginning to unravel once more. release your hips and relax through your pelvic floor.
The entire body is soft and at ease. All effort has been released. Rest here in this state of peace for a few moments.
gently Awakening the Body
Gently begin to rock your head from side to side, creating small, soothing movements. Wiggle your fingertips and toes, re-establishing a connection with your body.
Pencil Stretch
Take a big, deep breath and stretch your fingertips and toes away from each other, lengthening your body. Relax entirely as you exhale, allowing your muscles to soften.
Fetal Pose
Hug your knees into your chest. slowly roll onto your right side, keeping your knees drawn in close. linger in this comforting fetal position for as long as feels good.
Easy Pose & Gratitude
When you’re ready, gently make your way into a comfortable seated position. Bring your hands together at heart center, creating a gentle mudra.
