We’ve built the first AI-powered compliance engine specifically designed for retail supply chains. Think of us as building the “nervous system” for compliance inside a warehouse. Rather of relying on spreadsheets and endless email chains, our platform automates the entire process, turning weeks of manual work into minutes.
We seamlessly integrate with existing warehouse operations through EDI, APIs, and flat files, providing a streamlined and smart solution. We don’t just deliver data; we deliver actionable compliance.
The Opportunity: support Engineer – Be a Critical First Responder
As our first line of defense, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring a smooth experience for our growing customer base. You’ll be the trusted voice resolving issues, diagnosing technical challenges, and escalating complex problems to our engineering team. This is a high-impact role where your contributions will directly impact live warehouse operations across the U.S.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-day
* Customer Support: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via Slack, email, and in-app chat with speed and accuracy.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and diagnose technical issues, determining when escalation to engineering is necessary.
* Bug Reporting: Reproduce, document, and clearly communicate bugs to our on-call engineering team.
* Knowledge Base Growth: Create and maintain clear, concise help articles and process documentation to empower our AI support model and self-service resources.
* Proactive Problem solving: Identify recurring support patterns and collaborate with product and engineering to address root causes and prevent future issues.
What We’re Looking For in You
We’re seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer success and a knack for technical problem-solving. Here’s what we’d love to see:
* early Riser: Comfortable with a 5 a.m. start time in San Francisco to provide real-time support to our East coast customers.
* customer-Centric: A genuine desire to help customers succeed and a commitment to delivering exceptional support.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze logs, APIs, and data mapping to identify and resolve technical issues.
* Association & Resilience: Detail-oriented and able to remain calm and organized under pressure.
Bonus Points:
* A technical degree (computer Science,Engineering,or related field).
* Experience in the supply chain industry.
* Experience writng or maintaining knowledge bases and documentation.
