Smooth Transition and Regulatory Approvals
The acquisition process was streamlined through a Loan Market Association (LMA) agreement. Hilliary Media began operating the stations on December 1st, following the signing of the asset purchase agreement. A $43,375 cash deposit was made to Mollman Media as part of the transaction.
Currently, paperwork is submitted for full regulatory approval, finalizing the terms of the deal. Legal portrayal was provided by David Oxenford of Wilkinson Barker Knauer for Mollman Media and Bob Silverman of Womble Bond Dickinson for Hilliary Media.
