The upcoming flight follows a successful static fire test of its reusable Zhuque-3 rocket at the Jiuquan spaceport’s Dongfeng pilot zone.

Landspace is preparing for its second attempt at catching an orbital booster after its initial Zhuque-3 launch in December 2025 ended with a first-stage explosion during final powered descent, despite a successful orbit reach by the second stage. Airspace closure notices indicate that the upcoming liftoff is targeted for around 7:45 p.m. EDT on August 10, corresponding to 23:45 GMT or 7:45 a.m.
