AC Sparta Prague goalkeeper Peter Vindahl has completed a season-long loan move without an option to buy to Italian Serie B club Sampdoria, as confirmed by official club announcements from both teams. Vindahl has not featured in a competitive fixture since mid-February, when he sustained a foot injury during a league match against Hradec Králové that forced him off in the 19th minute. Vindahl arrived at Letná three years ago and immediately established himself as the first-choice goalkeeper.
