Just six months after stepping onto the music scene, the seven-member boy group is preparing its first official comeback. The agency revealed that the upcoming mini album will land on early September, continuing the group’s momentum following their spring debut.

The upcoming release arrives via a detailed promotional timetable posted across the group’s official social media channels, as IST Entertainment announced. According to the schedule, fans can expect the unveiling of a complete track list, a highlight medley, and a music video teaser ahead of the main drop.
The rollout also features two distinct sets of concept photos titled X Mode
and B Mode

Tunexx officially debuted on March 3 with their first EP, Set by Us Only

The group operates under the team slogan TUNE IN TO OUR FREQUENCY
, a phrase tied to their broader artistic identity. The name Tunexx itself reflects the concept of expanding their territory by pushing past fixed boundaries.
The lineup consists of seven members: Donggyu, Inhu, Taira, Sungjun, Zeon, Sihwan, and Artic. Several members, including group leader Donggyu, built initial visibility by competing on the Mnet survival program Boys II Planet
prior to their debut.
Reality Series and Expanded Narrative Plans Leading Up to September
Even after wrapping up their initial promotional cycle, the band maintained steady contact with fans through digital content. Members starred in a self-produced reality series titled First Time Ever: TUNEXX’s First Moments Series
alongside behind-the-scenes clips released under the title TUNESIDE

As the septet prepares for the September drop, Sportschosun reported that the group intends to present a more expansive narrative through music and performances that highlight their individual styles.
Tunexx represents the newest boy band under IST Entertainment—historically known for managing groups like Apink and The Boyz—and marks the agency’s first new act in roughly four years following the disbandment of ATBO.
