Anthony Joshua is mourning the tragic loss of ⁤two close friends, sina Ghami and Latif “Latz” Ayodele, following a car accident in Nigeria, expressing the ⁤profound​ difficulty he’s experiencing in processing their‌ deaths.

The devastating incident occurred when the vehicle⁣ carrying Joshua and others collided with ​a stationary truck on a major roadway near lagos.

Joshua sustained minor injuries in the crash and ⁢subsequently returned to the United Kingdom, where ⁣he attended the⁢ funeral services held at ⁤a London mosque on Sunday.

Thank you for all the love and‍ care ⁤you have⁣ shown my brothers, Joshua‍ shared in‍ an Instagram post on Thursday.

He ​reflected​ on a newfound recognition for ⁤their presence in his life,⁣ admitting he‌ hadn’t fully recognized how special thay were,​ often sharing ⁢jokes and moments without realizing the depth‌ of their impact.

100% it’s tough for ‌me, but I know it’s even tougher for their ​parents. I have a strong⁣ mind,and I believe God knows their hearts. May God have mercy on my brothers, he added.

Sina⁢ Ghami dedicated over a decade to working with Joshua as‌ his full-time sport ​and exercise⁢ rehabilitation coach, playing⁤ a crucial ​role in⁢ the boxer’s ⁤physical conditioning and recovery.
