Thes races served as crucial preparation for athletes aiming to make their mark at the upcoming Cyclocross World Championships in Liévin this February.
Elite men’s Competition Heats Up
Curtis White emerged victorious in the elite men’s race, demonstrating his continued dominance in the series. He skillfully navigated the challenging course, solidifying his position as a top contender.
Strohmeyer secured a decisive win, holding off a strong challenge from 19-year-old Ryan Drummond of Competitive Edge Racing by seven seconds. this victory marks his fifth win of the season, a testament to his consistent performance. Throughout the eight USCX races, Strohmeyer has proven remarkably consistent, winning half the events and consistently landing on the podium in the remaining four.
Dylan Zakrajsek, also from Competitive Edge racing, completed a remarkable US sweep of the elite men’s podium. This represents his best finish at the elite level so far this season, signaling a promising trajectory for the young rider.
