Real Estate Guitarist Julian Lynch Announces Departure, Final Shows
Julian Lynch, the guitarist for the acclaimed indie rock band Real Estate, has announced his departure from the group.He shared the news via a heartfelt Instagram post, explaining that upcoming performances with Tennis will be his last with the band.
Lynch expressed gratitude to his bandmates for the shared experiences and to the fans for their unwavering support. He also acknowledged the many talented individuals he’s connected with throughout his time with Real Estate.

Lynch joined Real Estate in 2016, stepping in after the departure of founding guitarist Matt Mondanile.The circumstances surrounding Mondanile’s exit where difficult, stemming from allegations of misconduct.
