Microsoft Realigns for the​ Age of AI: A ‍New Structure for Accelerated Growth

To address this, we’re creating a ⁢more unified commercial organization.​ Judson Althoff will ⁢lead this​ effort ⁢as CEO⁤ of ⁢our commercial business, expanding his role from his accomplished tenure leading global sales.

* Sales: Judson will continue to oversee the global sales organization, building on the momentum of Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS).
* marketing:Takeshi Numoto‌ and his entire marketing team will⁤ now ⁣report to ‌Judson as CMO. Takeshi will maintain‌ a reporting line to ‍me for overall business models, planning, consumer marketing, and corporate brand.
* operations: The operations ⁢organization will also join the commercial business,streamlining the connection between customer requirements and⁢ our‌ delivery⁢ and support capabilities. Carolina⁢ dybeck Happe will continue reporting to me, focusing on ⁢overall company​ transformation⁣ and partnering closely with Judson.
* Commercial Leadership Team: Judson will spearhead a new leadership team encompassing engineering, sales, marketing, operations, ‌and finance. This team ‌will drive product⁣ strategy, ‌go-to-market readiness, and sales execution with shared accountability.
