Brooklyn‘s Music Hall of Williamsburg to close its Doors in 2026
The iconic Music Hall of Williamsburg, a cornerstone of Brooklyn’s vibrant music scene, will be closing at the end of 2026. This news marks the end of an era for the venue, which has hosted countless emerging and established artists over nearly two decades.
The decision stems from the property owners at 66 North Sixth street choosing not to renew the venue’s lease, as confirmed in an internal memo from Bowery Presents co-partners Jim Glancy and John Moore.Consequently, the venue will either need to relocate or cease operations entirely.
