According to the Ministry of popular Power for Culture, the celebration of the 129th anniversary of national cinema has spurred the reactivation of research and training spaces within the Centro de Documentación, alongside the implementation of a Diploma in Conservation and Preservation . This initiative underscores a commitment to safeguarding Venezuela’s cinematic heritage for future generations.

The Cinemateca Nacional‘s current program highlights several key themes and productions.
