Investing in Our People
We believe that growth happens best with support. That’s why we’ve established several internal programs designed to help our team members thrive. Peer Partnership Program: This program, now in its sixth year, connects colleagues for mentorship and skill development. It’s a fantastic way to navigate workplace challenges and explore career opportunities. Over 50 people participated last year alone. Ongoing Unconscious Bias Training: As 2021,we’ve partnered with Paradigm Reach to provide continuous training. This ensures we’re building a workplace culture that is intentionally inclusive and focused on high performance. All new hires participate in this vital training.
Diversity Committee Office Hours: We offer regular, informal virtual sessions where you can connect directly with the Diversity Committee co-chairs. These are great opportunities to brainstorm ideas or simply chat in a relaxed setting.
