Fox Bets on Comedy comeback with Paul Reiser & The Goldbergs creator
Fox is doubling down on multi-camera comedy, signaling a meaningful return to the genre with several projects in progress. Leading the charge is a new, currently untitled series starring Paul Reiser, the celebrated co-creator and star of the iconic 90s sitcom Mad About You. He’s teaming up with Adam F. Goldberg, the creative force behind the long-running family comedy The Goldbergs, to bring a fresh, relatable story to television.
This new series promises a humorous look at family dynamics and second chances. It centers around a 20-something son who, after struggling to launch into adulthood, finds himself unexpectedly working with his father (Reiser) in a New Jersey business dealing with damaged goods.
