As of January 14, 2026, the center is actively shaping its programme for the coming season, promising a wealth of opportunities for young talents across various disciplines. This commitment to fostering creativity is particularly vital, as a recent study by the National Endowment for the arts showed a 12% increase in arts participation among young people aged 18-24 in 2024.
A Year of Achievements: Reflecting on 2025
last year proved to be a landmark period for the RRC, engaging over 2,000 students and educators from arts schools throughout the Lipetsk region. this extensive reach underscores the center’s role as a pivotal hub for artistic development. Dozens of events, ranging from regional qualifying rounds of national competitions to large-scale celebratory concerts, showcased the remarkable abilities of local artists.
