Travel company Tripadvisor has launched a list of the best hotels in the world. This year, two hotels in Indonesia made it to the list.

Tripadvisor released the Travelers Choice Best of the Best Awards 2024. One of the categories is a list of the best hotels in the world. The list is based on the highest number of reviews and opinions from the Tripadvisor community over the past year.

According to this version, the best hotel in the world is the Hotel Colline de France in Brazil. The luxury hotel received high marks for offering sophistication and comfort. These facilities are demonstrated through its glamorous rooms and luxurious spa.

The hotel also offers live piano playing at breakfast and free sparkling wine to guests.

“The hotel’s sensational design and warm atmosphere make it a unique choice for an elegant, yet comfortable holiday,” explained Tripadvisor.

Meanwhile, a hotel from the Maldives, Oblu Select Lobigili, was selected in second place. The Maldives is known as a resort paradise for travelers.

In this list, not only hotels were selected, but also resorts. Interestingly, there are several hotels and resorts from Asia on the list. And the good news is, two of them are resorts from Indonesia, namely Adiwana Suweta and Padma Resort Ubud which are in Bali.
