The Ministry of Housing announced the offering of 856 plots of land in the middle lands axis, in the cities of Sadat – New Minya – New Assiut – Badr – West Qena – New Thebes.
The Ministry confirmed that progress began yesterday, Monday, April 1, for a period of two months, with the fourth offer for the immediate allocation of lands, using the permanent offer system, and the Ministry of Housing announced the launch of the specifications for distinctive housing lands, which can be viewed before applying.
Land prices were as follows:
Sadat, the price per meter was 2,045 pounds, while the 276-meter plot of land was 609,000 pounds.
The price per meter in New Minya was 2020 pounds, while the 150-meter plot of land was 337 thousand pounds.
In New Assiut, the price per meter was 2,130 pounds, while the 150-meter plot of land was 439,000 pounds.
Badr, the price per meter was 2,065 pounds, while the 212-meter plot of land was 597 thousand pounds.
West of Qena, the price per meter was 1,911 pounds, while the 276-meter plot of land was 549,000 pounds.
New Taiba, the price per meter was 2,180 pounds, while the 250-meter plot of land was 590,000 pounds.
The reservation conditions are as follows:
1- The applicant for reservation must be a natural person of Egyptian nationality and not a legal person (company or institution).
2- The applicant’s age must not be less than 21 years on the date of the start of the reservation.
3- The family (husband – wife – minor children) is not entitled to apply to reserve more than one plot of land in the announced cities. In the event of a violation of this and both (husband and wife) apply to reserve a plot of land for each of them in one or more cities, Of the two housing plots offered, they are excluded from reservation.
4 – He or any of his family members (husband – wife) must not have previously allocated a plot of land in the (distinctive – average) plot of land within the “Maskan” program.
5- In the event that more than one client applies for a plot of land, the priority will be given to the highest percentage of completion of the land price within a month of allocation.
