Begin in a plank position.Step your right⢠foot to the outside of your right hand. Lower⢠your hips towards the floor, keeping your back leg straight and strong.you can stay âŁon your hands or lower to⤠your forearms. Hold for 10 breaths, then switch sides.
8.Thread the Needle (Reclining Half Pigeon)
Lie â¤on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the mat. Cross your right ankle over your left thigh. Reach â˘your right arm through the gap between your⢠legs and grasp âyour left thigh or shin with both hands. Flex both feet and gently draw your left knee toward your â¤chest as you â¤lean your right knee away from you. Stay⢠here for 10 breaths. âŁRelease and switch sides.
9. Cow Face Pose (Gomukhasana)
Sit at the top of your⤠mat. Extend â˘your⤠left â¤leg straight in front of you, and cross⢠your right foot over your left leg, resting the â¤side of your foot next to your outer left thigh. Bend your left knee and flex both feet. Lengthen your spine and ground â˘your sitting bones into the mat. Hinge forward from your hips and walk your hands forward on the mat.
