fallen Triangle
Begin by finding a wide stance with your feet parallel.Kick your right heel past your left wrist, reaching actively with your right arm. Press down into the pinkie toe edge of your right foot and together squeeze your inner thighs together.
Press down through your right hand knuckles, lifting your left arm toward the sky. Gaze toward your top hand, and if cozy, gently tilt your head back, reaching your top arm toward the mat. Hold this pose,breathing deeply into any sensations.
Fallen triangle Chaturanga
plant your left hand back to the mat, rooting down through your knuckles. Hug your inner thighs together and actively engage your core for stability. Shift your gaze slightly forward and bend your elbows to 90 degrees,creating a variation of Chaturanga.
On your exhale, press up to a Plank variation with split legs. Inhale and lift your right leg high, transitioning into downward-Facing Dog Splits. Repeat the sequence on the other side, flowing between Fallen Triangle, Fallen Triangle Chaturanga, and Downward-Facing Dog Splits.
Locust Pose
Lie comfortably on your stomach with your forehead resting on the mat. Interlace your fingers at your lower back, creating a gentle bind. bend your elbows and draw your shoulder blades in toward your centerline, opening your chest.
Inhale deeply, straightening your arms and lifting your chest and legs off the mat. keep your feet hip-width apart, pointing and spreading your toes for a grounded connection. Maintain a neutral spine, keeping your gaze down and your neck in line with your body as you settle into Locust Pose. Repeat this invigorating lift two times, focusing on controlled movement and breath synchronization.
