Recent market data and reports from the London Stock Exchange Group indicate a significant‌ 40% increase in Russian diesel and fuel ⁢oil exports via sea during⁢ December, reaching around 3.41 million tons. This surge, observed⁢ compared to the preceding month of November, is attributed to increased fuel production coupled with a seasonal dip in domestic demand.
