A spontaneous conflict on a street in Constanța ended with two people hospitalized. The victims, a man and a woman, were found by ambulance crews lying on the asphalt. Their aggressor is a 37-year-old man.
At around 9:50 p.m., the police officers from the 1st Section of Constanța were alerted to the fact that a physical assault was taking place on Tomis Boulevard.
The police officers who went to the scene found that a man and a woman had been physically assaulted by a 37-year-old man, amid a spontaneous conflict, informed IPJ Constanța.
The two people were transported to the hospital.
The man suspected of committing the crime is in police custody.
In this case, a criminal investigation file was opened, for hitting or other violence and disturbing public order and peace.
