Job Description: Administrative and Payroll Officer – DDI agents
This position, classified as Groupe RIFSEEP 3, is responsible for the administrative and payroll management of agents within the Directions Départementales Interministérielles (DDI) – interdepartmental directorates – of the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, specifically for the Offices de Prévention des Accidents (OPA) within the IPCSR (140 agents).The role supports the effective operation of these agencies by handling a wide range of HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
- Mobility, Compensation & Career Progression: Manage campaigns related to mobility, allowances, promotions, advancements, and the Compte Épargne Temps (time savings account).
- Recruitment: Administer the recruitment process for both permanent and contract employees, including financial management aspects.
- Time Management: Monitor employee working hours using the Casper software.
- Retirement Support: Provide information and guidance to employees regarding their retirement process.
- On-Site Support: Participate in HR support sessions at the DDT (Departmental Directorate of Territories) site.
- Data Reporting: Collect and report HR information from managed agents to contribute to the creation of RSU (statistical reports, social balance sheets).
- SIRH Management: Maintain and update data within the SIRH (RenoiRH) system for the assigned agent portfolio.
payroll Management
- Payroll Verification: Verify elements that determine salary and compensation entitlements, and prepare necessary documentation for payment.
- Compensation Advice: Advise and inform employees about their remuneration.
- Payroll Processing: Verify and submit documents to the institution responsible for payroll processing (via RenoiRH, Gauddi RGP PRIME).
- New Hire Compensation: Determine the appropriate salary level for new recruits.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor the status of salary and allowance payments to provide clarity to employees.
