“Palestinian ambulance and civil defense teams today discovered three mass graves with 35 bodies in the Naser medical complex”the official Palestinian agency Wafa reported this Tuesday, raising the total number of bodies to 310.

According to Palestinian sources, the majority of the bodies are children and women, Gazan civilians killed when Israeli troops militarily took over this center, and who would have been buried “collectively” during the siege.

This Monday, the civil defense team, independent of Hamas, announced that it had recovered 210 bodies in a first mass grave found on Saturday in the courtyard, from where bodies are still being exhumed.

Palestinian sources and relatives say hundreds of people remain missing following the Israeli offensive in Khan Younis, while an estimated 7,000 bodies remain under tons of rubble across the Strip as civilian and ambulance teams cannot reach them due to to the continuous Israeli bombings and the lack of adequate equipment.

After six and a half months of fighting, at least 34,183 Gazans have died in the Strip, 72% women and children, and some 77,143 have been injured, according to today’s data from the Ministry of Health of the Hamas Government. Among the dead are 30 children due to starvation.
