How bankESB’s Campaign works & Maximizing Your Impact
From October 1st to October 31st,bankESB invites customers,employees,and community members to contribute to this vital cause. Hear’s how it effectively works:
- Donate: Any donation amount is welcome and appreciated.
- Matching Funds: bankESB will match every donation up to $2,500 per customer, effectively doubling your impact. This dollar-for-dollar match significantly amplifies the funds available to local food pantries.
- Distribution: All funds raised will be distributed among 14 participating food pantries across Western Massachusetts.
- Incentive: Donors are entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card at each of bankESB’s 11 locations.
Practical Tip: Consider setting up a recurring donation, even a small one, to provide consistent support throughout the year.While the campaign runs for one month, the need for hunger relief persists.
In 2024, the campaign successfully raised $28,000, and as its inception, bankESB has donated a total of $137,000 to combat food insecurity. This demonstrates a sustained commitment to the region and a tangible impact on the lives of many. Looking ahead, bankESB aims to surpass previous fundraising totals, recognizing the increasing demand for emergency food assistance.
