The Smatchin event begins its first day of competition today, on the outdoor fields and at the Mahamasiana Sports Palace. It is a 5×5 inter-institute basketball tournament in Madagascar and is in its tenth edition this year.
For the first day, apart from the opening ceremony scheduled for 3 p.m. this Saturday, sixteen matches are on the program with the entry into the running of the reigning champion and winner of the last edition, the U-Magis club , boys who have Esmia as a challenger.
At the Palais des sports: 7 a.m.: Cnam against ISSM, 8 a.m.: Fac Sciences against Asja; 9 a.m.: IUM against Fac Medicine; 10 a.m.: INPF against Inscae; 11 a.m.: UCM against ITU; 12 p.m.: Aceem vs. ISPM; 1 p.m.: Esmia against U-Magis; 2-3 p.m.: Opening ceremony; 4 p.m.: CNTemad against ESPA; 5 p.m.: Ess Agro against Imgam.
Outdoor courts: 7 hours: Eneam against Isime; 8 a.m.: ESD against ESCM; 9 a.m.: HEI vs. IFT; 10 a.m.: Onifra against GSI; 11 a.m.: Uprim against INTH; 12 p.m.: Estiim versus IST; 1 p.m.: ENI versus IEP.
