The Federal Aviation Governance (FAA) is implementing new restrictions starting November 10th. these restrictions limit commercial rocket launches to between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. to minimize airspace disruptions caused by understaffed air traffic control towers.
Blue Origin is currently seeking special FAA approval to launch on Monday,with a tentative window around 2:00 p.m. EST.
