Actor Bruce Willis, 69, ended his career two years ago after suffering from aphasia. Last year, the family announced that Willis had been diagnosed with frontal lobe dementia.
Daughter Rumer Willis, 35, has left a status report on her father and says he is “wonderful”.
– It’s going so well for him. I went and visited him today. It was so nice to see him with my daughter, to just show our love for him, says Rumer Willis.
“It means everything to me”
She thanks all the support the family has received since Bruce Willis was diagnosed.
– Our family, and especially my sisters and I, are so grateful for the love everyone shows him. I think it shows so clearly who he is, says Rumer Willis.
She tells Fox News that the thing that stands out most when she talks about Bruce Willis and his new life with the disease is that “it’s amazing that my dad is so loved.”
– I think that if there is any possibility that our experiences give some kind of hope or comfort to someone else going through something similar, that means everything to me, says Rumer Willis.
