CAPACITY BUILDING – An MBA program for workers

A launch event for the MBA International Paris program took place yesterday at the Novotel Ivandry hotel. Launched for the first time, the program is dedicated to different workers. Renowned professors will come to the country from Paris to teach courses to students. “In fact, the program allows you to obtain a double French degree from IAE Paris Dauphine University and IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School. The MBA International Paris offers the opportunity to take a step back from one’s activity, to deepen one’s knowledge of management and management, to understand the challenges of international development, to develop agility and managerial mobility, to strengthen one’s skills in leadership, create a personalized professional project and expand your professional network,” declares Nathalie Job, Executive Director of Analysis Institute of Management AIM.

It is important to mention that this is a program that is only aimed at professionals, who have experience. It is organized part-time, in other words 5 days per month, and will be held in Antananarivo within the City Ivandry.

The registration submission and validation of files will take place from April 2024 until the end of August 2024. In this training, the number of students is limited to between twenty-five with training which lasts 16 months part-time. For Madagascar, the start of the school year is scheduled for October 30, 2024 and training will end on November 9, 2025. Regarding the admission criteria, candidates must have at least three to five years of experience in a position of responsibility.

“This is a program which will allow executives and superiors to improve their management skills through nine seminars, including an international seminar on innovation which will take place in Cape Town in South Africa. Throughout the training, these nine seminars will cover areas such as finance, accounting management, business management, performance management, business strategy, marketing, innovation, human resources management. , cultural changes, operations management,” continues Nathalie Job, Executive Director of Analysis Institute of Management AIM.

Previously, around forty Malagasy executives followed these training courses but they had to travel to Mauritius every month to follow them. This made the program too expensive and time consuming. But this time, as the training will take place in the country, it is much more accessible for Malagasy professionals.
