The project’s funding model is a collaborative one, combining non-reimbursable resources from FONDESHU with co-financing from the private sector. FONDESHU’s technical cooperation is focused on three key objectives: implementing green infrastructure and active mobility solutions as a replicable model, developing a sustainable management and maintenance scheme, and designing multi-actor financing mechanisms. The execution of the project is being supported by Asociación Civil Enlace as an operational ally and the Alcaldía de Baruta. Private sector co-financing is being provided by Banesco, Fospuca, and Nestlé, among others, demonstrating a strong commitment from the business community to urban improvement.
