Detox of the Soul: conference encourages women to take care of their emotions –

The conference “Women and intimacy – Detox of the soul: intimacy, healing and salvation” is currently taking place at the National Archives in Luanda.

The activity aimed at the female universe has as lecturers the apostle Swelly da Silva, the sexologist Paula dos Santos, the sexologist Euclides Filomeno, the therapist Iracelma Almeida and the gynecologist-obstetrician Vitória Kitumba.

In an exclusive interview with , apostle Swelly da Silva said that the conference, in general, serves to elucidate women not to live according to society’s demands, as well as to take care of their intimacy with everything that has to do with inner peace and emotional cleansing.

“This conference will serve to educate women not to live according to society’s demands”, he highlighted.

By singing praises to God, the guests, in a relaxed way, are able to detoxify their souls, as Noémia Antonio mentioned.

“In fact, Soul Detox has helped many women, first of all Jesus is salvation, without him we can’t do anything. We women have been through a lot of problems and many people have resorted to other paths, but I wanted to say that there is no better path than Jesus. I do the Soul Detox every day, we are in a brutal and violent world and it is important that we pray every day”, she recommended.

For Jandira Neto, Detox da Alma comes to help women inside and outside the home, to face the vicissitudes of life, and beyond, as well as the demands of society.

“Our soul, it seems not, but it is very hurt. Women carry a stone on their shoulders, especially in our home, there are a lot of things that happen that make women feel worn out and we need to restore our soul and be at peace with ourselves,” she said.

Jandira says it is not easy to be in a home with the physical and psychological abuse that women often have to go through at home.

“It’s not easy, it’s really not easy, society just demands and doesn’t ask how we are as women. It’s not an easy struggle, being here is really about restoring our souls,” she highlighted.
