Los Angeles — Digital tamers preparing to log back into the virtual world face a substantial slate of gameplay additions, system improvements, and seasonal festivities as developers roll out the latest patch. The scheduled software maintenance brings significant mechanical changes to the online environment alongside fresh character growth paths.
According to official patch notes released for the online title, the maintenance cycle is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 13, 2026. Developers will take the servers offline for a total of six hours, running from 10:00 to 16:00 local time, to implement the version 3.01 update across all active servers.
The upcoming deployment focuses heavily on expanding the available roster of collectible creatures while adjusting core quality-of-life mechanics for guild leaders and active tamers. Players can also expect a rotation of seasonal warm-weather events designed to bridge the mid-summer gaming schedule.
New Digimon Evolutions and Mutant Variants
The update introduces two notable evolutionary paths for dedicated tamers seeking to strengthen their battle line-ups. Gradedmon arrives as a new Perfect-level digital monster capable of evolving directly from Rapterdramon. The introduction of Gradedmon’s evolutionary branch also brings a corresponding Mutant variant of Rapterdramon into the game files.
Alongside the Perfect-level arrival, Imperialdramon: Dragon Mode (Infected) debuts as a new Mega-level entity. Tamers looking to secure this infected variant must utilize specific evolutionary materials. According to the release details, these necessary items can be acquired through several in-game channels, including the Infinite Overflow system, Dispatch missions, the Equipment Black Market, and the cash shop.
To support these roster expansions, two new transformation potions corresponding to Gradedmon and Imperialdramon: Dragon Mode (Infected) will become available upon the completion of maintenance. Furthermore, the game world introduces the “World Tree’s Blessing,” a temporary status buff active from the Aug. 13 maintenance until the regular update on Sept. 10, 2026. This blessing grants a roughly 15% increase to the baseline statistics of designated digital monsters.
System Adjustments and Field Boss Changes
Several interface and systemic tweaks accompany the patch to streamline daily resource management. The Digivice presets interface now displays which creatures are currently deployed on active dispatch tasks. Additionally, the detailed information user interface for dispatch missions now clearly shows the required completion time.
Guild management also receives a minor text adjustment. Any future modifications to guild notices will automatically prefix the broadcast message with an “[Announcement]” tag to ensure high visibility among members.
In the open world, the rotation of field raids sees the [Mutant] Hippogriffomon encounter conclude on Aug. 13, making way for the appearance of a brand-new field boss, Chimairamon. Simultaneously, a spatial anomaly mechanic introduces the “Imperialdramon: Dragon Mode Riven from the Rift.” Tamers can track down these specific dimensional tears by utilizing an Imperialdramon: Dragon Mode Detector, which is obtainable through the Equipment Black Market.
Guild Raids and Seasonal Summer Events
Competitive guilds can prepare for the upcoming launch of Guild Raid: Death’s Terror Season 3. The raid period opens on Friday, Aug. 14 at 00:00 and runs through Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2026, at 23:59. New achievements tied to monster acquisition and event participation are also set to deploy.
A series of celebratory events will launch alongside the patch, running from Aug. 13 through Aug. 27, 2026.
Other active bonuses include extended availability for the Yggdrasil_7D6 raid event following earlier connection instability, alongside a special World Buff event running through Aug. 17, 2026. Conversely, four summer activities—including the Sweet Ice Cream event and Etemon’s Live Concert—will conclude permanently when the patch goes live.
Bug Fixes and Next Steps
The development team addressed multiple bugs and translation errors in the 3.01 patch. Fixes include resolving a visual glitch where tamers wearing timed costumes became invisible during Ladder PVP matches, correcting instances of missing digital monsters in competitive arenas, and stabilizing guild buffs that occasionally failed to apply correctly.
Tamers should complete all active progress in outgoing events before servers shut down on Thursday morning.
