The PSI index registered a timid rise, in line with the directionless session among the main European markets. Highlight for the listed companies of the EDP group, which registered the sharpest increases.

The EDP group stood out from the rest listed on the Lisbon stock exchange, with increases above 2% in this Monday’s session. The PSI, however, experienced a session without defined sentiment, as it remained for an increase of 0.12%, up to 6,182.97 points.

EDP ​​led the gains, advancing 2.98%, reaching 3.771 euros per share, while EDP Renováveis ​​advanced 2.64% and trading reached 13.40 euros. NOS followed, adding 2.11%, up to 3.29 euros, while Mota-Engil jumped 0.87%, to 5.83 euros.

On the other hand, Jerónimo Martins slipped 1.48% and closed at 21.28 euros, while BCP bonds fell 0.98% to 0.262 euros. Semapa lost 0.73% and stood at 13.64 euros.

Among the main European indices, the sensations are also of uncertainty. Italy saw the sharpest increase, around 0.70%, followed by Spain, which increased 0.45%, while the United Kingdom gained 0.08%. In ‘red’, the Euro Stoxx 50 aggregate index fell 0.43%, while France slipped 0.30% and Germany fell 0.12%.

In the oil market, a barrel of crude is rising 0.30%, trading at 78.98 dollars.
