Manhunt Underway for Suspect in Brooklyn Subway Attack
Brooklyn,NY - Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect involved in an assault that occurred at the Rockaway Avenue subway station in Brooklyn on November 30th.
According to police reports, a 72-year-old man was attacked on the northbound C train platform at approximately 3:20 p.m. The incident began with a verbal altercation before escalating into a physical assault. The victim was punched, thrown to the ground, and later kicked multiple times while he was down.
Emergency Medical Services transported the victim to a local hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
The suspect is believed to be approximately 18 years old. The NYPD has released a photo of the individual and is urging anyone with information regarding their identity or whereabouts to come forward.
