A lawyer for the exotic dancer said the unidentified woman was willing to keep her mouth shut about what she saw at Epstein’s Florida residence in exchange for the staggering sum
An exotic dancer who claimed to have been asked to perform “various sex acts” on Jeffrey Epstein and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor tried to extract $250,000 (£182,365) from the paedophile financier, according to legal documents.
A letter has been unearthed among the three million documents released by the US Department of Justice last week in which a lawyer for a woman alleges the billionaire had hired her for a party at his home in Florida. The letter, dated to March 23, 2011, claims he failed to pay $10,000 (£7,285) she was promised for the job, during which she was allegedly “treated like a prostitute”.
The document also claims that the dancer was at one point directed to an “upstairs bedroom” were she was allegedly introduced to the then-Duke of York.

The letter’s writer, attorney William K Vogeler, wrote that his client had “danced for the men”, stripping down to her “bra and panties”, and claimed Epstein and Andrew had then asked for sex. Mr Vogeler claimed she had been “prevailed upon” to “engage in various sex acts” during the alleged encounter after refusing their request.
He wrote: “At his home, Mr Epstein introduced my client to his guest Prince Andrew. My client then danced for the men, undressing until she was wearing only a bra and panties. Mr Epstein and Prince Andrew then told my client they wanted to have a threesome. She said she was hired to dance, not to have sex.
“Mr Epstein said they would pay her later for dancing, and they prevailed upon her to engage in various sex acts. After the men had satisfied themselves they invted (sic) my client to take a trip with them to the Virgin Islands. She declined their invitation.”
Mr Vogeler also alleged in the document that his client had observed several other provocatively dressed women at the event, some of whom appeared to be as “young as 14-years-old”. The lawyer added that his client had been chauffeured back to her strip club, but was only ever paid a $2,000 (£1,458) share of the originally “promised” sum.
He added in the letter that his client was willing to pursue a claim “in the public courts if necessary”, with her claims amounting to a “breach of an oral contract, quantum meruit and various torts”. In exchange for the quarter of a million dollar sum, he added his client would agree to “keep confidential” her alleged interactions with Epstein and Andrew, provided he pay within nine days.
He added: “My client has not pursued her claims against your client until this time because she is not proud of the circumstances of that night. She was working as an exotic dancer, but shew was treated like a prostitute. To avoid unseemly publicity, my client has asked me to keep her name confidential for purposes of settlement. However, she is prepared to asset (sic) her rights in the public courts if necessary.”
The documents did not make clear whether the claim was ever settled, but Andrew has always maintained he was not involved in any wrongdoing while associated with Epstein. The Daily Mirror has contacted Andrew’s representatives for comment.
The former Prince’s reputation has continually been dragged following the release of the latest Epstein files, culminating in claims from a lawyer representing an alleged Epstein victim who claimed to have been trafficked to the UK for sex with the royal at his Windsor home – before allegedly being offered a tour of Buckingham Palace.
Thames Valley Police said on Tuesday that it was “aware of reports about a woman said to have been taken to an address in Windsor in 2010 for sexual purposes” and was “assessing the information in line with our established procedures”.
