Fivetran, a leading data integration company, has leased 33,000 square feet of space on the top floor of Steel House, a newly completed office building in Denver’s River North Art District (RiNo), the company announced in October 2024. The move,slated for october 2025,will relocate Fivetran’s Denver office from its current location at 1401 Zuni St.

Completed in early 2025 by Beacon Capital Partners and Elevation progress Group, Steel House boasts 320,000 square feet of office space and amenities including a climbing wall, basketball court, and a 13,000-square-foot outdoor deck. The building’s appeal, including its premium top-floor space, was a key factor in Fivetran’s decision, according to Newmark brokers involved in the deal.
The lease is a notable win for Steel House, avoiding a similar fate to the nearby Rev360 building, which has remained vacant as its completion in 2020.
