* Chairman & Minister: Shri Shreekant Mundada, Chairman of Rajya Seva Ayog and a Minister in the maharashtra Government, provides crucial governmental support.
* Vice Presidents: A diverse group including Shri Mukul Bhadana (Social Worker & Politician,Rajasthan),Dr. Chavi Asrani (Associate Professor, O.P. Jindal Global University), Seema Srivastava, Baddya Raj Nahar, bring varied perspectives.
* Secretary: Shouvik Dasgupta, a prominent Indian Art & Culture Entrepreneur, is responsible for the logistical and creative direction.

* 4:30 AM: Begin your day with the serene Mangal Aarti.
* 5:30 AM: participate in Puja and the recitation of the Vedas (Ved Path).
* 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Join saints and devotees in a collective chanting of the Bhagavad Gita.
* 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Witness the sacred Gita havan ceremony accompanied by devotional Krishna Bhajans.
* 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Experience the generosity of Sadhu Bhandara, a communal feast.
