On March 7 you can get started with a new expansion for GTA Online called “The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid”.
Revealed with a trailer, this expansion offers players the chance to execute a well-thought-out plan to expose a vast network of corruption within the Los Santos Police Department.
“You have already received a call from Vincent Effenburger, former head of security at the Diamond Casino and now LSPD officer,” the summary reads. “Now you have the opportunity to work together in an unconventional, yet profitable partnership to take down a new cartel operating on a massive scale from the Cluckin’ Bell plant in Paleto Bay.
In addition to the fascinating story, Rockstar is also adding new vehicles to GTA Online, although they have not revealed how many vehicles are involved. However, one vehicle has already been teased: the terrifying Bravado Gauntlet Interceptor Law Enforcement Vehicle.
For fans of this more than ten-year-old online mode, it will be reassuring that Rockstar continues to invest, despite the announcement of GTA 6. I personally don’t really have the urge to pick up the game anymore if I know that the next years is all no longer relevant with the new world of GTA6. Unless of course they add that entire GTA6 map to Online as some kind of mega expansion. That would be very nice!
