A accomplished national Electronic⁤ Health Record (EHR) system is crucial for modernizing healthcare⁤ in ​India. It ​shoudl be built upon a solid ⁤legal framework, and we⁢ believe the upcoming Data Protection ‍Bill is a vital component. This legislation, submitted to ⁤the Electronics and‌ IT Minister Hon’ble Shri. ravi shankar ⁤Prasad by the BN Srikrishna Committee on⁣ July⁢ 27, 2018, and currently under review by the Joint Parliamentary Committee, will ⁢ensure health records ⁤adhere to all necessary ⁢regulatory requirements.
