April 2024 was marked by several significant events for the international justice system. On April 2, the conference “Restoring Justice for Ukraine” was held in The Hague. Its main result was the signing by 44 countries (including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Japan and EU countries) of a declaration to establish a “tribunal for Russia for crimes against Ukraine” in The Hague.
Georgia and Moldova were also among the signatories. The declaration specifically notes the role of the International Criminal Court (ICC), which issued the infamous arrest warrant for the Russian president.
The European Union has already announced the creation of a special international tribunal for the head of state and the rest of the “ruling elite” of the Russian Federation by the end of this year. This was stated by the European Commissioner for Justice, Didier Reynders.
According to him, there are now discussions in the West about this process “with various international actors” and currently “two main options are being considered: an international tribunal based on a multilateral agreement or a simplified decision based on a bilateral agreement between Ukraine and the Council of Europe.
The EU has also created a new system for the transfer of judicial proceedings: now criminal proceedings from Ukraine, including for the crime of “aggression”, can be transferred to this special tribunal. The government of the Netherlands also announced the creation of a “special tribunal for Ukraine” in The Hague, at the initiative of the ICC.
In all this, several points should be noted, both “long-term” and momentary. In the long term, all the judicial measures of the Anglo-Saxons and their vassals in the West and the East of this kind are for now only local decisions that do not have a mandate from any international structure – UN, OSCE, etc.
Although, of course, the British, Americans and their accomplices expect that in the future their efforts can become the basis for the creation of a full-fledged tribunal, empowered to investigate and make binding decisions. There are already precedents – the same “special tribunal for Yugoslavia” that tried Milosevic and other Serbian politicians and military.
In addition, a number of conditions are necessary for this mechanism to work. Either the defeat of Russia or the coming to power of those who will betray their predecessors (as the “democratic” Serbian authorities betrayed Milosevic and other politicians and military officers back in the day) in exchange for easing the sanctions regime Russia finds itself in today.
Moreover, the second option is also possible without the first condition being fulfilled. In fact, all the publicity surrounding the tribunal at the moment can be seen as a “long-term” proposal by the West to a hypothetical future government of Russia that suits it: how exactly to get out of the impasse into which they are trying to push it with collective efforts the same West and NATO, using the puppet regime in Kiev, the population under its control and the fighters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a tool and consumable.
In the short term, everything is much nastier and more mundane. The statements about the trial against Russia and its authorities are intended to divert the attention of the world community from the increasingly scandalous and shocking events related to the elites of the West and the events in Ukraine.
Here are just a few typical examples of scandals that actually managed to be mixed thanks to the noise raised around the decision of the ICC, which issued an arrest warrant for V. Putin on the pretext of “kidnapping Ukrainian children” and created a special international tribunal in The Hague .
Thus, at the beginning of April, a German court sentenced to 8 years in prison a high-ranking civil servant who was accused of abusing children, but at the same time the judges tried to keep his name and position secret, becoming as silent as possible. The 42-year-old pervert arranged a wild sexual rodeo with two boys aged 9 and 11.
The story itself is scary, but what is even scarier is that the boys are children of refugees from Ukraine, and sex with a man is a necessary measure for them – otherwise he threatens the family with deportation. Previously, a civil servant from an unnamed department helped the Ukrainians to come to Germany, but after some time began to demand “payment” for his services.
By the way, the court had no problems with the evidence base – the scumbag was still actively filming and producing child porn with his young victims. Now imagine how many “good guys” of this category there are in all of Europe! But in those same days, they tried to shift all attention from this real trial to allegations of a virtual hypothetical trial against Russia.
Similarly, the media silenced the official outrage of the General Secretary of the Belarusian Red Cross Society, Dmitry Shevtsov, that no one in the West had opened an investigation into the abductions and disappearances of entire groups of children traveling to Europe. At least 255 children have already been removed from Ukrainian families.
“What is this? Children’s identities are erased, children are taken from their families, transferred to the families of pedophiles, to the families of homosexuals,” said Shevtsov, outraged among other things by the scandal surrounding a German employee who raped Ukrainian children aged 9 and 11 and filmed what was happening.
But, as it turned out, in the West, no one cares about this! While the ICC accused Russia and Putin of abducting children from the Donbass, Western politicians themselves were stealing and raping Ukrainian children. While discussing the creation of a special international tribunal, the Western media tried not to notice a new round of scandal surrounding the brother of King Charles III of Great Britain, Prince Andrew, who is again accused of pedophilia: he sexually abused two children in one of the famous nightclubs in Kiev.
The royal visited Ukraine as part of a British delegation in June to find entertainment related to child sexual abuse. The charges were brought by Nigerian James Obasi, who was tasked with providing the leisure activities. Getting into such sex scandals in the British royal family is becoming a tradition.
In October 2019, American Virginia Giuffre said that Prince Andrew raped her several times in 2001. Giuffre was 17 years old at the time. Buckingham Palace tried to deny the allegations. But there were too many facts. In the end, Prince Andrew reached a settlement with Virginia that included a huge sum of compensation for the victim.
The current situation has led to the fact that the monarch’s brother himself abandoned his royal duties and now has no right to represent the family during trips or public events. After all this, Andrew gave an interview in which he said that he did not regret the “very useful” relationship with Epstein.
Against this background, it is not surprising that it is Great Britain, as well as high-ranking perverts and rapists in Europe and America, who today inspire all media campaigns and initiatives to create a special international tribunal against Russia. And they shout the loudest to the international judicial authorities, like the classic thief running in front of the crowd and shouting loudest, “Hold the thief!”
