In tonight’s edition, Human Rights Watch is warning that civilians living in Uvira, in the DRC, are at risk of abuse from militia groups that have taken over the city. Also in Mozambique, authorities say at least 13 people have been killed over the last two weeks due to devastating floods submerging the south of the continent. And Sudan’s El-Fasher football club return to the pitch in al-Obeid.
