Jakarta – A remarkable journey to Saudi Arabia by motorcycle recently concluded, with an Indonesian rider recounting the challenges faced, particularly while traversing Afghanistan. Daeng anshar, the adventurer, emphasized that Afghanistan presented the most important obstacles during his ambitious expedition. “The most challenging country was definitely Afghanistan,” he stated during a discussion. “There were numerous factors that made my time in Afghanistan particularly challenging.”

Daeng Anshar spent two weeks within Afghanistan’s borders, initially experiencing apprehension upon entering territory controlled by the Taliban. He described a growing sense of unease as he approached the border from Tajikistan. The transition,marked by a simple bridge,felt like stepping into an entirely different world.
“From the moment we started, it felt like I had entered another world,” Daeng explained. “Tajikistan is relatively modern, but the border between Tajikistan and Afghanistan is just a bridge. As we approached Afghanistan early in the morning, a thick fog obscured the view.”
