We need someone who:

* Takes initiative. You can independently develop ideas and see them through to completion.
* Is proactive. If you need direction for every task, this role won’t be a good fit.
* Is committed. We ask for a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week for at least 6 months.
What Will You Do as a Commissioning Editor?
As a Commissioning Editor, you’ll be at the heart of our content creation process. Your primary obligation will be identifying and securing high-quality articles for publication on E-IR. This includes:
* Identifying gaps in our coverage. What topics are trending? What perspectives are missing?
* Proactively reaching out to potential authors. Building relationships with academics and experts.
* Managing the commissioning process. From initial contact to final publication.
* Providing constructive feedback. Helping authors refine thier work to meet our standards.
