The commercial channels. As regards sales channels, private individuals grow by 13.9%, while rental sees the long-term component worsen by 15.8% and the short-term component improve by 9%. The companies did well, with a +10.1%. Finally, car registrations jumped by 39% (+40.7% for private use and +16% for rental use).

Drinks plummet. BEVs, already down 34.5% in March, lost 19.6% and fell from 3.1% to 2.3% of the total market. The negative moment of plug-in hybrids continues: -26.1% and share decreasing from 4.8% to 3.3%. On the contrary, non-rechargeable hybrids rose by 23% (+39.2% for “full” ones, +17.9% for “mild” ones) and went from 34.7% to 39.7% of the market. Among traditional engines, petrol cars grew by 16.2%, for a share improving from 29.2% to 31.6%, while diesel cars lost 21.8% and fell from 19.8% to 14 ,4%. Methane is on the mend: +138% and share doubled from 0.1% to 0.2%. Finally, LPG returns to positive territory: +10.3% for a weight on the market expanding from 8.3% to 8.5%.
