A Rural Farm Shoot Turns Costly
Polish music stars Sławomir and Kajra ran into an unexpected and expensive mishap while filming their upcoming music video for the track “Zabiorę cię.” Working alongside members of the band Classic on a rural farm setting, Kajra lost an expensive diamond ring in a dense field of tall grass and sunflowers during a scene that involved a folding bicycle.
Working outdoors among natural flora brought distinct practical hurdles. The high vegetation and thick crop fields made retrieving misplaced items virtually impossible once they dropped out of sight.
The Disappearance in the Sunflowers
“During the shooting of the scenes in the sunflowers, it wasn’t rosy,” Kajra recounted in statements regarding the production. She noted that while she was unsure whether her fall from a folding bicycle in the field made the final cut of the video, her ring slipped away somewhere in the dense grass. The crew searched thoroughly, but came up empty-handed. “Guess the reaction of the production and everyone on the set. This really is going to be an unforgettable, very expensive music video.”
A 3.05-Carat Diamond Lost in the Terrain
Industry coverage highlights that the jewelry piece worn initially by Kajra possessed substantial monetary value. Details emerging from the production show the ring featured a 3.05-carat diamond set in an emerald cut, carrying an estimated market value exceeding 350,000 PLN.
Touring Poland Amid Media Attention
Despite the setback on the music video set, Sławomir and Kajra maintain a heavy touring schedule with live performances across Poland. The duo appeared in Mrągowo during the second night of the Polsat Wedding Hits Festival (Festiwal Weselnych Przebojów), performing for large open-air audiences and showcasing their signature musical style.
Fans attending the summer concert series can expect to hear the new single “Zabiorę cię” live, alongside their established repertoire of popular hits.
