“Courageous policies, strategies and measures have been put in place to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, in particular by promoting the decarbonization of our national industry, the creation of an efficient circular economy and the integration of development sustainable in everything that is undertaken,” he continued, specifying that the Moroccan private sector quickly and strongly mobilized to reduce its carbon footprint and support the State’s efforts to combat the effects of climate change. This meeting was an opportunity for both parties to discuss the strategies carried out by the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, to reflect on points of common interest, and to discuss ways to deepen their collaboration.
