LOS ANGELES (KABC) – A man was shot and killed outside El Diamante Sports Bar on South Figueroa Street in Los‍ Angeles early Saturday morning, ⁣according to the Los Angeles ⁣Police Department.

Details of the Shooting

Police responded to reports of a shooting at El Diamante Sports ‌Bar at approximately 12:30 AM on Saturday, January 24, 2026.Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Preliminary investigations indicate that an argument preceded the shooting.‌ Surveillance footage shows two⁣ men engaged in a‌ verbal dispute outside the bar before one individual produced a firearm ‌and discharged it at the other. The suspect was then observed fleeing the location on foot.
