Flirt Beverages: Marketing Specialist Role
Flirt Beverages, a rapidly expanding lemonade brand now extending its presence into the Canadian and US markets, is seeking a highly motivated marketing Specialist. This role is designed to be a hands-on, brand-building position focused on on-the-ground activation and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Events & Experiential (40%): Plan and execute Flirt’s on-site presence at events. This includes managing logistics, promotional teams, and ensuring triumphant implementation. Frequent travel within Quebec and Canada will be required.
- Content Creation (40%): Function as an in-house content creator, conceptualizing, filming, and editing engaging videos for platforms such as TikTok and Reels. The role demands full creative control to elevate the Flirt brand.
- Design & Marketing (20%): Develop promotional materials, sales presentations, and graphic visuals using tools like Canva, Figma, or the Adobe Creative Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or food/beverage industry.
- skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing and basic graphic design.
- Attributes: Demonstrated autonomy suited for a startup environment,strong organizational skills,and bilingual proficiency (French/English).
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel.
